From our pedagogy to our practices, we intentionally run TTI in a way that reflects our values of social justice, people above profit, and our ideals of what we think a workplace can and should be. Redistributing money to trans and non-binary folks is one of our founding principles, and in 2022, 85% of our income was redistributed to trans and non-binary individuals, companies and causes. As we grow, we are working hard to intentionally build a company that represents the depth and breadth of diversities within trans and non-binary communities. We view this as work in progress, and continue to evolve our company to reflect our values that center our collective humanity. We move and grow in solidarity with the many others doing the work to dismantle the oppression of all marginalized communities, as we continue our own individual and collective unlearning and growth.
